I heard Linda sing for the very first time tonight at a coffee house. I had no idea who she was, but the minute she took the stage I was enthralled.

Her voice is versatile, with shades of folk, jazz, and even classical. She sings with such passion that I felt the raw, human emotion behind every word. I felt connected to moments in my past, dreamed about the future, and absorbed the present with heightened sensitivity.

I bought both her CDs on the spot, and I'm listening to "Breathe" right now. It makes me want to laugh, cry, dance, and shout out loud to the world, all at the same time.

Hi Linda,

Prufrock & I thank you for "Mermaid". You have a very impressive and enjoyable library of music here. I will sample more from home, as the boss frowns on having fun at work.

Take care...happy 2010!!

Hey Linda, just thought I would say congrats on the CD, its lovely. You might remember me from DHS - I left in 73 to move to GTA (ugh) and apart from living in Australia for 2 years, I am still here. Good to see someone I remember with good thoughts from DHS is doing what they love and therefore well. Good luck with the CD! By the way, one of my sons has Clayton as his middle name - it is my maiden name and I kept it because I am the last of my father's family.
take care. J
